Development of real-time monitoring BLE-LoRa positioning system based on RSSI for non-line-of-sight condition

Indoor positioning has become popular in this decade and is used to locate users or objects indoor environments. This because global system (GPS) not efficient for use due the multipath fading effect. research about development bluetooth low energy (BLE) with aid of long range (LoRa) network guideline on selection BLE beacons. Next, systems are developed consisting beacons, a transceiver hybrid BLE-LoRa module, LoRa receiver Raspberry Pi as real-time monitoring. The received signal strength indicator (RSSI) Mac address from beacons via analyzed using algorithm designed MATLAB. incorporates distance estimation, filter implementation trilateration technique. estimated location root mean square error (RMSE) cumulative distribution function (CDF). According results, implementing reduces accuracy error, achieving 90% less than 1.20 meters whole testbed. Finally, embedded into view desktop.
